The birria tacos are definitely superior with the corn tortilla while the barbacoa tacos with the flour, as the birria shells get crisped up a bit and that softens that sweet flavour of corn. The salsa had a nice touch of spice, and the consomme was rich and full of flavour - it also paired well with both taco types. The lime wedges were fresh and the chips tasted as expected. The packaging definitely needs some tweaking, however, as the boxes do trap a lot of moisture in them.
