"The fries were soggy which means the freshness of the fries were lacking and they were a bit cold, they also lacked salt and the fries that went with the chicken sandwich meal were the same size as a chicken nugget meal, but had way less fries in its carton. The Kid's Meal hamburger lacked any condiments and had only one pickle slice. I don't know if that's just the rule of the sandwich and I should have added extra? But there was definitely hardly any ketchup on it too. I do not think I would order again from this specific McDonald's. I have another McDonald's that I usually go to in person that I favor. 😕"

The timing on the other hand is not great, as we still waited 10 mins after the app said our order was ready to get our food (2 meals with 2 sliders & a side each). When I let the staff know, they took my food back & switched the side - not sure what they did with the fries, but I really hope they didn't get given to another customer.
