The food is always hot and the hashbrows have such a good flavor and are never soggy. The food is not greasey but I think they use butter to cook with. I would skip the toast get english muffin no butter/ butter on side that way you can toast at work or home. If you order the pancakes don't forget to ask for butter on the side. I love that they let you customize and ask for things like a certain flavor of jelly. Also I never feel sick after eating here. It solid. Do not skip the iced tea. Even if you can't drink it right away and the ice melts it still tastes perfect."
