"I ordered the Beef Flat Noodles, Cantonese Style. I was disappointed because there were very few pieces of beef in the dish. The beef that was included had a texture more like liver although firmer. I actually enjoy liver, but that’s not what I was expecting when I ordered a beef dish. I’m not sure if it was a lower-quality cut of beef, but the texture wasn’t appealing to me. I also wish the dish had a little more sauce because the noodles were on the dry side. It could have used a bit more seasoning as well, since it tasted somewhat bland. I probably wouldn’t order the beef version again. I think this dish would be much better with chicken, shrimp, or even pork instead."
