My driver had to wait a few minutes on my food, meaning that my drink was made some time before the driver had arrived (it took approximately 25 minutes from order to delivered). My straw was just tossed into the outer bag by the restaurant and the weight of the food items ended up breaking it. No butter/salt/pepper even though. I'm giving them a 4* because service and food quality is usually considerably better there. I enjoy Culvers because rhe food and service are usually amazing; I spend more money there as opposed to competing businesses for those reasons, as well as the ability to get side items besides potatoes/fries and onion rings. The box before this one they were half the normal size and the insides were gooey from not baking long enough but they were also small from not letting them proof long enough , I ordered more yesterday and they are the right size but.. have very little icing on them and they are pretty much burnt and dried out.
