I paid $4.55 for their coffee through DoorDash and did not receive it.
Tender Basket taste good.
Portion size is excellent.
Jumbo French Toast were great.
It was my first time buying from Billy Gail's and I wanted to taste their coffee.

The English muffin and sausage in the Gail's Ranch Breakfast was completely over done. The portion size was perfect. That was the only up side. The hot chocolate was a watery mess. It had zero flavor. I won't order again.

Food was under seasoned. The bread was hard as a rock and there just wasn't any seasoning to the food. We had been to the location in Branson and thought this would be the same but we both ended up throwing away half of our meals. For the price of the food I would have expected better.

The sloppy biscuit was disgusting. Biscuits hard, gravy was nasty. I couldn't eat it. The pancake was huge but tasteless and for a pancake served in a pizza box they gave me the world's smallest packet of syrup. Didnt even come with real butter...smh nasty vegetable oil crap. Biggest waste of $35 EVER.

I ordered a half stack of the Specialty Pancakes. I requested bananas and blueberries. That was ignored. I received the world's largest pancakes. seriously. it's a large pizza box that weighs about 3 times what a pizza would and it wad filled with giant pancakes and a few little slices if banana. No blueberries.
Only a single pad of butter was included for the gigantic pancakes and 2 English Muffin to split between all 3. I would never call these specialty pancakes when there's basically only a little garnishment of fruit but no other toppings really. I also didn't really need my body weight in pancakes over just a normal half stack that actually had fruit.
The English Muffin aren't cooked right and are too dense with no nooks or crannies. it's basically just a dense flat bread. There's no way they ever ate a proper one before deciding they could make them themselves.
Seems to he more about gimmick than quality food. I guess if you're trying to become morbidly obese and get enough pancakes to feed a small army for cheap, this is an option but bring some toppings cause they sure aren't no matter how many times you ask.
Orange Juice (12 Oz) was good.
