"I want to start this off by saying I love going to Shogun in person. But anytime I've ever ordered it for delivery or even for takeout, it has never come to the standard I expect it to. I don't know if this is intentional or if they just don't care as much as they do when somebody is being served right in front of them. But whenever I get it in person at my house, either delivered or through pick up, it seems like it's not made with the same quality and care. Either the steak is overcooked or seems like I've been skimped out on. I'm writing this review in hopes that the restaurant sees this and can make sure their food consistency is the same as an in person experience. I understand that the temperature is going to vary depending on where it's being delivered, and I would expect nonetheless. But I want the same meal that I'm ordering in person. I would order from you guys more frequently if I knew that I was going to be met consistently."
