So i dont know what changed but do NOT order the Fresh Pack (24 oz) -- they'll send you prepackaged (fresh pack has been scooped and packed in -- i got it consistently for a year from this place) for the fresh pack price.
Its cheaper and less insulting to get it from the grocery store at that point.
This is the third time in a row they've sent prepackaged.
A real shame and disappointing.

Small scoops. I paid over 20 dollars to have this delivered the least they can do is give me good scoops, smallest I've ever seen. Not satisfied

They didn't have what I ordered and and when they "fresh packed" the replacement, they only packed it 75% full. Always some trouble with them.

The 2 scoop sundae was more like a 1 scoop. So small compared to the two scoop cup we got. I understand their could be melting but it was more like they forgot to put a whole scoop in. Nothiing like what we receive when we go to the store in person.
