"Cold Stone is basically as good as your own recipe but if you're not in a creative mood they have so many options on their creations menu that anyone could find an ice cream/toppings combo to satisfy their sweet tooth. I was worried that it might arrive too melted since I ordered delivery but I paid the extra $2.99 to ensure that my order came directly to me without any other pickups or dropoffs and it was perfect consistency. So why only 3 stars? The first time I tried the Banana Caramel Crunch® (in store) they put such a small piece of banana and so little caramel or almonds that it just tasted like French vanilla. But since the recipe sounded so good i tried it again this time and paid for extra everything. I had the 'Gotta Have It' size to split with my husband and while he was eating his half first we noticed that every bit of toppings was on the top and sides leaving a center (equivalent to at least 1/2 the cup) that was solid plain vanilla. They didn't chop it up and mix it through which is the whole concept of the place. They didnt even start making it until my delivery driver arrived to pick it up so maybe they rushed it but that's no excuse. I'm very disappointed because its a rare occasion for me and I didn't get what I wanted. I used to get Cold Stone with my family at 2 other locations prior to moving here and this has never happened before. So I suggest skipping the delivery and order "in person" so they make it in front you and you can make adjustments on your ice cream if it isn't looking they way you want. So now I know why it survived the delivery without melting at all...because it had a solid center :(. This review is for the Tracy location only. "

I was so surprised by the quality of the establishment! The exterior is nice and welcoming with a clean parking lot and an outside patio area. However, I was extra impressed by the interior, which I found to be wonderfully appointed and decorated. I loved seeing the paintings, photos, murals, and old rifles. There’s also plenty of seating for a restaurant of this size and a nice bar. So, make sure to bring your friends and family.
The gentleman who greeted me was extremely friendly and told me a bit about the history of the business and the old rifles, which I loved learning about. He also mentioned that they have karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm-midnight! Super fun!
How’s the food? Let me tell you this: The Breakfast Super Burrito is quite literally the biggest breakfast burrito I've ever seen! Now, I don’t know if it’s always like this, but wow! The flavor was fantastic and was made even better by the fresh salsa, sour cream, and guac. The side of tortilla chips was excellent as well; super light, super crunchy, fresh and tasty. I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant because they make excellent food but struggle with service quality. That being said it's been more than 6 months since Ive ordered here from a previous experience that infuriated me. I used to go every other week. The owner reached out to make amends, but I ignored them and came back on my own after a long a break. History aside these are the facts from my experience today.
Butter Chicken - Very well made, there was alot more chicken than normal in the container, flavor was as expected, texture was creamy with my preferred spice level
Veggie Samosa - Very well made,as expected, well seasoned, well textured. Fried properly. Missing the mint sauce but thats forgiven. Tamarind is my favorite anyway.
Garlic/Green Onion Naan - Honestly my first time trying it, happy to try it for less than the price of what it is on the menu. Very good, was still hot and fresh when I received it. Very good flavor that complimented the rest of the meal very well, thankfully.
I would really like to see this business focus on order accuracy and attention to detail, quality of food is amazing when you get what you actually ask for."
