the restaurant packs everything into the soup which defeats the purpose of hot pot. the meats, vegetables, pretty much everything comes overcooked and soaked in oil due to this. I even asked specifically for them not to do this yet they still do.

Amazing! So much goodness in their soup! Vegetables, beef, quail eggs, wonderful broth! Packaging is the best! Noodles come in separate container stacked on top of soup so they stay perfect til you combine. Definitely recommend !!

So.Good. I love this place. I've tried the chicken- it is more plain and mellow,but great. the hot and sour is the best-not too sour, has a lot of flafor and its pretty hot. the sczecua

I ordered the chicken soup with drumstick B2. I was expecting it to have a lot more flavor instead of noodles in chicken bone broth with no seasoning with some bok choy. I had to add quite a lot to make it taste good. Maybe I don't understand their cuisine. The chicken wings were decent though.
