The sandwiches were outstanding, so fresh, delicious and flavorful! The Thai Milk Tea was great and the Vietnamese Iced Coffee was amazing, the best I ever had, the coffee boba was sooooo delicious! We definitely will order again. WONDERFUL!

This is my favorite place in Tucson to get a Bahn Mi sandwich. The veggies are fresh and crisp, the pork belly and liver pâté are rich and delicious, and the French bread is crusty (but not hard) on the outside and pillowy and soft on the inside. The AZ Special is their standard bahn mi and my fav, but my husband loves the BBQ pork sandwich as well. I always get a Thai iced tea with my order. Yum!

First time trying! Absolutely loved the Horchata Milk Tea, tastes like homemade horchata. And the Lemongrass Beef Banh Mi had such nice tender meat and so many veggies.

The Banh Lao Banh Mi was excellent and easily one of the best banh mi I've had in a while. Never had any issues with this location ordering online or in person and the food is always great.

The sandwiches were great they were fresh and delicious! The drinks however were not up to their normal standards both were terrible. I specifically requested boba coffee jelly in the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and got none. I also asked for it to be sweetened and it was not sweet at all! The Horchata Milk Tea was so bland it was like iced watered down milk it had ZERO flavor and no brown sugar boba which was paid for. What an incredible disappointment for a normally favorite place.
