Tortilla Soup (Lg) paid almost 20 bucks for bland chicken & veggies thrown in. No flavor , & the soup was mainly broth

Didn't give me and plastic utensils so I had to eat my entire meal using tortilla chips.
Food was good though.
Also I purchased a drink ($3.50) however did not receive it.

I really like Las Fuentes but whenI order TWO orders of their awesome Chunky Guacamole, I would expect TWO separate bags of chips for the other person. Otherwise that should be indicated on the app that you only get 1 bag of chips regardless of how many chunky guacamoles you order. AND the option to request more chips should be available on the app.
Yes, I will order again but I will include a phone call.

Order was wrong. Asked for beef got chicken. Asked for cheese, guacamole, pico and jalapeños. Didn't get any of those either. Food wasn't hot. Barely room temp. It was still delicious just not what I ordered.
