Baked potato was cold. Chicken breast was tiny. And they didn't include basic toppings like lettuce and tomatoes. Not to mention they never deliver the cheese sauce that costs .99 each. They need new leadership as the service has gone completly downhill the last year or so.

It was a simple combo order, but they failed to deliver the soda and cookie. Also, don't pay extra for chili because it’s just a sauce-sized cup filled with chili juice.

I ordered a Medium Rare 1/2 pound burger delivered by DoorDash. The burger was overcooked and I did not get the lettuce, tomato's and onions that supposedly come on the side. I used to love Fuddruckers but now I think I'll go somewhere else
