For the second time in less than a month my order was not complete. I didnt receive the Banana Pudding Shake that I had ordered. The burger tasted good and the fries weren't old and crunchy, but I only order on here because I cant physically drive anymore because of a disability so it is very frustrating when my order isnt complete.

I'm not sure what the issue is but the last few times Ive ordered from here, they blatantly ignore requests made for the burgers or miss items.

Literally EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I order from here, something is always missing !The bags either need to be completely sealed with a sticker or something of the sort, or someone should be double checking that the complete order is there.
