Absolutely the BEST Chinese food in the Wheeling/StC area. We have ordered twice and both times the food smelled so good that we dug in before pics (will try to have more self control next time)! H17. Dragon & Phoenix (Quart) was wonderful. Shrimp was not overcooked but was done perfectly. Chicken crisp outside, tender inside. The 7a Fried Pork Wonton in Garlic Sauce was so much better than I could have imagined. for years, GS had the best garlic sauce. Not anymore. Zhuzi has them beat hands down. I was so glad that I had thought to buy an extra 8oz . I also added separately a pint of shrimp lo mein because on the drive it sounded like it would go well with the H17. Dragon & Phoenix (Quart) . it did and there was leftover lo mein to go with the side of garlic sauce. 30$ and I will be eating for three days. A HUGE amount of food and the service was wonderful and the food delicious.

The C22. General Tso's Chicken and the Pan 11. Pan Fried Dumplings (8) were delicious!!! I have ordered twice from there when I stop in St.clairsville. Its one of my go to restaurants for excellent 26. House Special Fried Rice! A++++++

Some of the best Chinese food I ever had. Im a trucker and not from the area. I seen it and decided to order it on. The C14. Beef with Broccoli was so tasty and fresh. You could taste the garlic and other spices they used. 10/10 The 31. Sweet & Sour Chicken (Pint) was so tender with a good breading. 10/10 . I will definitely order again.
