Not all what I was expecting the rice was undone NOT just crispy. Never been to a persian restaurant where they didnt know how to make rice. Also the baklava was a tiny piece looks big in the pic in comparison to the plate but it was 1.5"

First time trying Taste of Tehran and it didn't disappoint. The Cornish Game Hen was really excellent. Very juicy very flavorful not dry at all. I was worried when I ordered it that it would come dry and tasteless but that was not the case. The rice was moist and delicious. The small little salad was good. I will definitely be back to try other things. I can understand why this place is such a a favorite among the Persian and non-Persian communities.
The food was excellent quality. Price is a little bit off the charts, especially for plates and combinations. But the quality flavor juiciness was definitely there.

Addas Polo was unusual in composition (raisins, dates, and grains in rice), but was definitely pleasant to eat. Hummus with pita chips was also good. The baklava was delicious, but had a small portion. Overall the food was decent but was not great and certainly not worth the steep cost of the food.

Their food quality is top notch - one of the better Persian restaurants in the city. The negative is that they need to be specific about the desserts being basically one bite for $3.50... bit of a rip off.
