Jesus, compared to the quality I'm used to from this franchise, this location has a mountain to climb. My Fries and my PHILLY CHEESESTEAK were bland beyond belief, their usual aroma nowhere near as pungent or mouth watering. They were falling apart at the seams, especially the sandwich with ridiculous proportions in comparison to the flimsy bread. Lastly the Lemonade, one of the best parts of the Meal, while normally sweet and delightfully fruity was bitter with pulp replacing the usual fruit-chunks lining the bottom. In all my time as a customer of Charley's I have never experienced this low of a dip in quality, I would recommend any other location than this one. Especially the Willow Grove Location, with the love and care they put into your Meals there.

Bacon cheese fries were amazing, good quality all around. Mozzarella sticks were good, a little cold but tasted good, only came with 4 which seems low for the price but is what it is. Cheesesteak wasnt horrible by any means

Although we ranked 3/5 stars we agreed we'll try 1 more time. One reason is that it had potential, I loved the cheese sauce but the fries themselves were mushy & cold. All of the food came cold. Cheesesteak had potential too but cold & the meat was super chewy
although we ranked 3/5 star we agre try it more to make sure it wasn't a fluke. 2 reasons,
