Every piece of the chicken (literally!) had varying sizes of bones in it that could cause a choking hazard or broken teeth. When we called to complain, we were told that "you should have ordered it 'without bones.'" Never again. The rest of the food was just OK and expensive.

Griddle Spare Ribs 干锅排骨 were, but chicken was strange color. Pretty sure they use same type of meat for both entrees regardless of the name.
