The food is amazing. It's always tasty, fresh, and wonderful. I would completely give five stars every time if it wasn't for one tiny thing. Every single time I order, they're out of something. Sometimes they're out of everything. This store does not offer substitutions, so you don't even realize that you're not getting what you ordered until it doesn't show up. For example, my order today was for a Chocolate Cream Donut, 2 Chocolate Croissant,2 Caramel Apple Pie, and Fudge Brownie. I received two caramel apple pies and the fudge brownie, but no donut and no croissants and no explanation as to why. I understand that they don't owe me an explanation. It would be nice if there was a way that they could let the customer know that half their order was going to be missing. Again, I only bring this up because it has happened on every single order I have ever made.
Their food is SO good, that I continue to order and will continue to order even though it's a lottery as to what I'll receive.
