I usually love rafter gs moist brisket but I ordered the date night box last night and the pound of meat I received was more fat than anything. I understand that the brisket has a lot of fat but this was more than I've ever seen in one of their boxes.

Most reliable BBQ in the area. Made visits multiple times in a 7 day period. Michelle and Daniel were pleasant.If I ever visitd the area again,I would go out of my way for their Delicious food and great service.
Also, the portions were plenty, definitely enough food per meal.

75%of the brisket was fat, but everything tasted good. The portion in the upper right was the fat and the part right below was the actual brisket
