it was just not a good cake or crumb. dry and flavorless. sorry to be harsh, but you are selling a commercial product and in doing so have signed up to the social contract of it being good, it truly is not. please do better withoutadjusting your prices higher, and the money will come.

They had no more Tiramisu Tres Leches. They substituted with Chocolate Tres Leches. They just did it. They never called to ask if I wanted something else or a refund.
