Ordered from here for the first time. The Paneer Masala Sandwich was tasty and pretty filling. We had a buy 1 and get 1 offer, so had a very belly filling lunch. The other item Bhel was also good enough quantity. Overall happy with this order and hoping to order more from this branch.

I ordered (2) Lava Paneer Pulav with mild spice level. There was a buy 1 get 1 promotion, and each item was listed for $20.90. After tax and fees, I paid $26.36 total.
When I received the order, I opened both boxes and noticed one box was full while the second box was only about 2/3 filled. I also have a photo showing both boxes side by side.
Another issue was the spice level. As soon as I opened the containers, I could tell this was not mild spicy at all. It was extremely spicy just from the appearance. I still tried tasting it, but honestly it was beyond edible for me and my family. We regularly eat Indian spicy food, so this was not normal spicy...it was extra, extra spicy. None of us were able to eat it.
I also want to bring attention to the pricing. The same item is listed around $14.99 if ordered directly from the restaurant or their website, but on DoorDash it was $20.90 each. It feels misleading to increase the price by more than $5 per item and then advertise it as a promotion.
Overall, the food quality, portion inconsistency, and incorrect spice level made this order a very disappointing experience.

I ordered before the same thing in Texas like 6 times never had any problem. sandwich quality sucks., I tasted only mayo, halfcooked, not fresh, will not order again, they Didnt cut the sandwich rite, it was messing, wasted my money, very small portion,

The quantities are very small, example daal Dal Makhani was half the box and the jeera rice is a small plastic box. For such a high price it seems underwhelming.
Paneer ghotala had the same small amount of food. Then there was quality, the naan was completely burnt as well.

The chicken and bread was so dry, lacked a lot of flavor . It was too over priced.
The Chicken Masala Sandwich was not even cut properly the bottom layer was so hard to tear apart.
