Smallest portion of Fried Mushrooms and Fried Pickles I've ever had!!!! Burgers are great but the sides are trash.

All the food was fantastic except the fried chicken sandwich which was a sad excuse for a chicken sandwich. I'm pretty sure they literally took a frozen pre cooked grilled chicken patty and breaded and fried it. For a place with otherwise fantastic food this was truly disheartening to eat. Otherwise I loved my meal.

snack jack combo thought it supposed to come with fries it says combo paid almost 8.00 just for a burger

We were missing a drink that was refunded.  But also we were missing an entire meal.  We had Covid so we were unable to pick it up ourselves.  Also all of our food was cold.  Cold cold. 

Our driver was very kind in pointing me in the right direction and the customer service team was wonderful as well. 

The restaurant is the issue.
