Ice cream tastes so fresh from your store in the pre packed. The pints from the grocery store are nothing like the pre-packed from BR.

The banana was not to satisfaction at all. There was way too much bananas and not even 2 scoops of ice cream! I've been ordering dessert for weeks and tonight's just was not worth the money. You send bananas for us to cut up ourselves and add to our sundaes.

My hot fudge sundae looked bare of any hot fudge. I paid extra for extra. I got 3 small scoops, sprinkled with almonds. Last I checked, that's not a hot fudge sundae.
Super disappointed.
The dasher did good as far as delivery.

Very poorly packed fresh packs tonight. Threw scoops in and left air in between for ice cream to settle and be about 3/4 full. Pack means packing the ice cream with that flat scoop! Pack it in and push it down. Yes, it is a pain to do but please give us what we paid for! Well below the correct weight, too, both packs.

Fresh packs were poorly done! Lots of air, not packed down and the weight was much less than it should be. M.B. please get re-trained by your manager! Prices went up so please give us our money's worth!
