The mochinuts were amazing. But they called me and they were out of black pearls. I asked if they had anything just like the black pearls. They said the white pearls were pretty much the same thing. When I tried it the white pearls were so disgusting it made me gag and I threw the whole thing away unfortunately.

Received Cafe Latte that was about 1/3 full. When I called to ask if the drink was mostly foam that melted or if it was possibly drank on the way to our door the store told me to order another one and they will give me 4 drinks in my order. Also didnt receive the  Box of 3 Donuts and the store claimed they ran out

The drinks are always good but why is it every time I PAY for no ice, they always add so much ice? I don't get it at all.
