I love your food. Salads are great. Sandwiches are nice and big. This is definitely not Subway! So much taste with real meat. Not chopped up bits of coagulated stuff. Want to try your soups but will have to go into store for that. Delivery of soup is never pleasant for driver or customer. Love your sandwiches please stay available on door dash.

Usually they're very good but the turkey bacon ranch panini was soggy and undercooked. I took 2 bites and couldn't eat anywhere of the chewy soggy mess. Bacon was very fatty and undercooked as well. Yuck.

Had to pick apart the sandwich. There were so many stems and middle pieces of the peppcinis that were rock hard.
I've never had a bad sandwich from big town so i was really shocked and sad. It was assembled so sloppy i had to put the cheese and meat in the middle because it was falling off. There was no vinegar added. Overall really disappointing.
