• 26-02-07Ordered ahead for pick up since every time we call they say pizza cannot be picked up for more than 5 hours or they have no availability. Used to love big y pizza. Grew up eating it! But the last few times the norwell store has had overcooked and weird pizza. Today the bottom was barely dough, overcooked cheese with thick overcooked crust that had may holes in it. So odd. Pizza was not burnt just hard and crunchy. Miss the old way pizza used to be cooked here! Chicken fingers were good. Sub was fine.

• 25-08-31I didn't even get the cheesesteak even though I was charged for it I didn't get extra cheese on the Italian sub even though I was charged for it and the meat on the Italian sub was really chewy and dry on the edges like this has been sitting around already made for a while
