Something is missing. Food had no flavor, and this comment is coming from a husband and wife team. It was like eating cardboard. The meat/pattie was extra thin. We love the commercial, and we had your food in the past. The bread was stale. NO freshness. Definitely food quality poor.

We did not get what we ordered. Our French toastis unedible (burnt & hard).
Hash browns hard.
Received a junior whopper with cheese and ketchup(not what I ordered, plus I don't do katchup.it wasin the receipt yet no one seemed to care to read). This is mediocrity. No pride in their work.

Every time I order from this location, something is wrong. The staff makes zero effort. Ordered a double whopper received a single with the tiniest tomato possible.

I didn't receive the correct items .
My order was missing onion rings, the large fries were a medium, ordered a cheese burger with no pickles (had 5 on it), the Sprite Zero was orange in color and tasted bad.
