This evening I had a Fish Sandwich which was quite good as well as filling and the price was very acceptable. A Large Fry which I had one complaint about and that was no salt which is a must. Luckily, I have great salt at my house so I cannot complain too loudly there. I also had a Shakes (medium) mixing strawberry, pineapple, and banana and it was exceptionally yummy.
I must say, ANY day of the week, Burger West beats out every one of the big fast food burger joints BY FAR. Twice the fish, twice the fries, twice the love.
My delivery driver was awesome. On time, courteous, polite, and kind. Best of all...an adult.
I have nothing but good to say about my experience today and I am sincerely grateful for the Door Dash app and all those willing to participate. I am fairly homebound and the DD app allows me to access things I would normally have to do without.

This is our go to place for Milkshakes and Onion Rings! The Milkshakes are thebest and they are huge... worth the price. Burgers and Shrimp with Fries are good too. The food is made to order, just make sure you have enough time because they aren't very fast. Oh and the soft drinksuse the little crushed ice... which is a fave.

Went way down hill with the new owners. :( & I've gave it multiple tries. Today the bun was hard and tasted old... lettuce was as well and fries were cold, flavorless and tasted like they sat all day. Sad it will never be what it was.

The shakes are excellent with great flavors to choose from but the burgers, fries, and onion rings are well below average. You can get a better burger literally anywhere.
We ordered a second time to see if the first time was a fluke but the burgers and sides just are not good. We had the Ranch Hand and Big West. Very disappointing burgers considering "Burger" is in the name of their restaurant.
We will continue to order the delicious shakes but will never eat here again.

I have been eating here, the Ranch Hand, for 40 years and it is Still great! Good portions, good value! Their shakes are the best!
