It seems fries are fried at hot temp- nice and crispy, not soggy as they used to be ! Good service, good burgers and tasty veggie burgers.

Not what I was expecting. It was more like a smash burger. It has potential but definitely needs some seasoning. The fries were good and a very fair portion, but the $2 side of cheese isn't enough. I haven't decided whether or not I'll order again.

Arrived cold. The hot dog was tough and chewy. The onions on the hot dog were old and chewy vs fresh and crispy. Onion rings were tasty but cold as well. I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant, so it wasn't any to do with travel time.

Food was either incorrect or was of poor quality. I was charged extra for Chili Cheese Fries and received it ice cold along with the solidified cheese. I also ordered the "Urban style" Fries which arrived as parmesan and was cold. This BurgerFi should've stayed closed.
