We order the Family Meal Deal last night and it was excellent. Great flavor. Salad was fresh and the chocolate chip cookies were so soft! The meatballs were very filing and seasoned perfectly. We had some leftovers that we finished today and it was even better :) hope this review helps. Customer service was very nice. Will order again

Had the pesto chicken pasta with garlic bread. The pasta was pretty dry. The chicken was even drier, reminding me of leftovers reheated in the microwave. The most offensive thing about it though is that there's a fee to add sauce, which was mostly absent from the pasta aside from a small amount being pushed to one side of the bowl.
It's not gross or awful, but really you can just boil noodles at home and add yesterday's leftover chicken (sauce optional). That said, would still happily eat this over whatever they serve at Fazoli's and the garlic bread was the star of the meal.

We're Italian and we LOVE our own food so we gave this 4 stars. We did really enjoy the Penne with Pink Sauce (we call this a Rosá). We enjoyed the meatballs, the sausage, and chicken parm. I would rate this as good as Oregano's or Macaroni Grill. So if you like those, you'll like this! I did not like the red chunky marinara sauce, at all. The Bucket of Chocolate Chip Cookies ( Baker's Dozen) ARE PHENOMENAL, THOUGH!!! A must try. We will eat here again if in a pinch.

I was very excited to order from a new place. Unfortunately, everything we ordered was blah... There wasn't anything that stood out as amazing. We ordered the Italian sausage sub. It was served on a dried toasted bun. The sausage was dried up or reheated with a dollop of sauce and barely melted cheese. In fact, you could tell it was shredded cheese as it still had the form of the shreds. The picture looks way better than what we got. Also, we order the penne pasta with alfredo and chicken. The pasta was gummy, and the amount of sauce didn't match the amount of pasta in the bowl. Both the alfredo and chicken had no flavor. The 24 oz Fresh Lemonade was watery and bland. The Lemon Bar didn't have that zing. The orange crush soda delivered was flat. The amount of money spent for nothing special is disappointing.
