The 4 piece fish meal had the consistency of Styrofoam. Condiments, sour cream and tarter sauce had very chemical taste. I'm pretty sure there was no real food items used to make them. I will never eat in person or order from Cap'n D's again. Food quality and value is very poor.

My food is dry and my fish is cold as hell. The Mac and cheese looks old. I paid extra for that. I ordered a 3 piece of fish and i got 2.

I've ordered this meal for years, and it always comes with rice. It didnt have rice, and the shrimp was old and dry. I understand it was made at night, but the food is too expensive to be served old and dry. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I'm disappointed in this location. The fried fish was also old and stale.

No attention to detail. It states on the order ticket, add cheese and medium fry on the side. I was given no cheese on my Giant fish Sandwich Combo and a small fry instead of the medium I ordered! I will not order from this location again.
