This was my very first time ordering Chipotle through Door Dash and I should have had Taco Bell instead. The Salad Entree only had about 7-8 lettuce leaves in it and the dressing was leaked all over the Tortilla Chips Bag. There was no eating utensils and napkins, so I guess one needs to ask for those items to be added in their sack lunch bag. Chips and Chips & Guacamole was so-so, over cooked tortilla chips and not even worth the $5.40. Again, Taco Bell would have been better for the price paid. Salad was more like an over-cooked - tough to chew chicken - arrived late and cold. Salad dressing wasn't even needed as there really wasn't any veggie salad to enjoy with it. I may give it a taste, even tho most of it was leaked all over the food in the bag that I received. The lid wasn't on tight, so maybe I will skip the taste of something that arrived loosely open.
2 Stars is being Generous. I may not ever order from Door Dash again! Thanks for the worst, first experience ordering food from D.D.

Barely any of the already lesser amount of ingredients ordered with this bowl. Mostly lettuce over rice. Hardly any steak at all. This chipotle is sad compared to others. When first ordering this bowl for my son it was $9 and LOADED now it's $21 and skimpy.

Disappointed to be honest. They must have been running out of chicken because the majority of the bowl was rice and the veggies I selected (mostly rice). The queso dip was also very bland. Can't remember the last time I had bland cheese from anywhere. It was a late night meal and I probably just should have had a cup of coffee and went to bed.

This is one of my go to's. I got the Burrito with chicken el pastor this time and it's fresh and delicious. It taste great!

burrito was smashed, small, & chicken was very different tasting. food was also very cold. Chips & Guacamole - chips were very very salty & stale & guacamole was already brownish.
