Chicken was all chewy. Paid for double meat with barbacoa, got a few small pieces of barbacoa and some chicken. I continually try to give this chipotle a chance and it's like playing Russian roulette. One day the place is great the next time you go it's terrible. Getting to the point I either order from somewhere else or drive to a different location.
Also go top it off for chips that were beyond stale

Not only did the Chipotle bowl disappoint in terms of portion and burnt chicken, but the experience was further marred by their tendency to overcharge for what can only be described as an underwhelming culinary experience. The price did not align with the quality, making it a regrettable and overpriced affair.

When I go in person to Chipotle they normally fill my Burrito Bowl up, but this time it was very light. I ordered the Garlic steak and it was old, dry and tough to chew & not fresh at all. There was very little corn salsa and it was just made very sloppily. I've heard bad things about this location and have not been swayed, but I am very disappointed that I wasted my time and money.

I believe it's unlikely I got all this stuff on it and it came out to be a short but wide burrito. It's also double wrapped so that will only make it look a little bigger. Last time I ordered this, they got 4 things incorrect on my order. On this order with the picture below, that's a 3.4 oz of cologne, why is the size basically the same?

My burrito was not prepared correctly. The sour cream taste spoiled. The steak was bulky and not diced like it normally is. I barely had any lettuce and the burrito was incorrectly folded. The appearance was very bulky. I also ordered a Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco. The chips were a small size while the queso was accurate but had a small block of something unknown.
