The burrito bowl was the saddest looking thing I've seen come out of chipotle. I asked for double chicken, I get a normal looking amount of chicken, with what feels like half the rice. Then the whole thing was flooded with sour cream and had like the butt ends of lettuce chopped up in there.
You could tell it was treated as a DoorDash order. I don't think this would have happened if I walked in and asked for the same thing

They 100% have not been giving me double chicken when I order it in the bowl. So I've since started ordering a regular bowl, and get the extra chicken on the side. I mean an astronomical difference. I hadn't seen a chicken bowl look like that since 2016. They are definitely scamming here. Food taste great, but if you order a double bowl you are not getting a double. Go with the extra on the side, trust.

I like the burrito bowl and the large fresh tomato salsa. But you need to close the bag up better the last two times I got it. The tape was in crossed everything so anybody can open it up and get stuff out of it.

Build-Your-Own Chipotle - portion size of rice and sides were somewhat small but was given plenty of black beans. They also did not give me the queso that I ordered. My husband had to go back up there (and I already went up there once to pick up the order). We are a little disappointed. Not a fan of the Chili Lime Chips either.

This is the second time I ordered and noticed you get half the portions than you would if you went to the store. You pay more for less food and my chicken was burnt.
