I've had crumbl cookies in other states like GA and AZ and it was delicious.. but the cookies I got here were awful. Didn't taste anything like the other crumbl cookies I was use to. Super disappointed.

Th cookies were mid but I love crumbl so it's okay but the rasberry cookie wasn't bad it was just extremely sour the confetti was good just basic the moonbeam one was nasty it was to hard and it tasted like one of those fake cookies people decorate with designs and lastly the cheesecake one iwas excited for it was good it just taste like publix cheesecake

Well , my chocolate covered strawberry cookies came without the strawberry , in the middle , which was the  only reason I got them. And I got them for mother's day for the women in my household and on top of that , they were really dry

I’m really disappointed with this order. The ice was completely melted by the time it arrived, which made the drink and dessert much less enjoyable. I was honestly disappointed as soon as I saw the photo taken at the store because I could already tell it looked nothing like what was advertised. The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup looked much smaller than the picture, with barely anything in it, and it felt very misleading. Overall, this order did not match the quality or presentation or price that was advertised, and I’m extremely unhappy with my experience.
