My Iced Dunkalatte was perfect, the Grilled Cheese on the other hand was terrible. there was a hole in my bread and all the cheese was on the container they put it in, and the bread was hard as a rock.

They no longer offer chocolate frosted, any topings are just clumped on top, the last 2 times I have ordered in the morning, the donuts are stale, jam filled donuts shrunk, chocolate sprinkles was ALL sprinkles and no frosting. This used to be the office favorite. It's quite sad the quality is completely gone.

Definitely not for donuts anymore. They are much smaller and tasted stale. The coffee tasted burnt. My son seemed to like his hot chocolate but he is not very picky. I'll stick to our local donut mill.

My Iced Dunkalatte™ was and is always fantastic, usually the Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon is really great but the past three times I've ordered it, it hasn't been sweet, like you're forgetting to put the maple on it...this round was a little extra cruachy as well, which Im not complaining about that because i'd rather have it crispy, but I wanted the Sweetness and all I got was black pepper...the Wake-Up Wrap® - Sweet Black Pepper Bacon wasn't sweet Bacon either, so are we just paying for delivery?

I got my Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and its not sweet at all and ive had this Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich before and it was soo good and has the sweetness but this times it's honestly just bland
