Ordered the 8 piece family 8pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Family Meal leg and thigh and received 7 thighs and 1 breast. Next, there was a dry and toasted layer of rice mixed into the container as I can imagine someone scraping the bottm of a pan to fill the cup. In addition, there was no Avocado Salsa (Hot) included in the order even though it was an option with the chips and also requested as a side. I normally wouldnt be one to complain however, given the prices, chicken that is not transparent due to its dryness on the top and some watered down green salsa should be the bare minimum.

We ordered a soup it was nasty we usually eat the tortilla soup from pollo loco the soup we got was really bad. Like if they open a can and put a little pice of chicken and corn. The avocado burritos were cold and only 1/8th of avocado. We love Pollo Loco but this one was definitely the worse we ever taste.

I really like the Creamy Chipotle Quesadilla and have ordered it maybe five times over the past week, for lunch at work, and dinner here at home, and it's been great, except the one I got for dinner last night was undercooked, a lot of the cheese wasn't even melted. Were they in a hurry or something? I gave it another couple minutes in my oven and it was fine.

This store rips you off with portions, even if you're paying for extra meat from Pollo Loco bowl with extra chicken all I got was chicken crumbs, pure beans and extra bean juice.

Received wrong order unable to reorder because the restaurant was no longer taking doordash orders and the order they sent all of the ingredients were old and dry even the churros we're not prepared correctly
