Clearly I enjoy this as I started eating before taking a picture! 😂 This is my second time getting this dish. I am plant based and don't find many options that are on point. This is one of them right here! I love the flavors. The crispy-ness of the eggplant is essential to this dish. Sushi rice is sticky and flavorful.  The amount given is enough to fill me up and have rice leftover. soooo good!

Eggplant Katsu Sando was excellent, bread is pillowy soft with just a slight sweeter taste and works well with the slight crunch of the panko on the eggplant. It filled me up more than expected.

Furikake fries w/ vegan lemon garlic sauce were really good. Tasted sweet and a little salty, similar to the flavor and seasoning that you taste on BBQ potato chips. Lemon sauce gives a little tang to balance out the seasonings.

Miso Ginger Bok Choy was good but did not taste the miso as much as I expected. Wanted a little more flavor on these. Also, it's a cold dish, not a hot one. I took all the extra seasoning from the fries and added it to the bok choy and it was pretty good. 

Love to see unique places like this, was pretty good overall, I'd order from here again!

Pork Katsu  sandwich was full of flavor, satisfying crunch under the soft bread, meat was juicy and tender. Sweet Pork Onigiri was much better than I expected. I like how they packaged the seaweed that way it didn't get soggy and you got a nice slightly crisp seaweed bite paired with the flavorful rice. Fruit & Cream Sando was decent, sweet but not overbearing. I would definitely order all items again!

the Pork Katsu Rice Bowl was pretty good. Chicken was slightly dry but still very delicious. The Pork Katsu Sando was my favorite it was juicy and crispy and fantastic. the Fruit and Cream Sando was disappointing it was kinda of tasty, but come on $7 for 2 pieces of white bread, cool whip, and strawberries?The Fruit and Cream Sando is something I won't buy again.

I never write reviews but this place deserves one. The Pork Katsu Sando, Fruit and Cream Sando, and the Furikake Fries w/ lemon garlic sauce are INCREDIBLE. I will be ordering from here way more often. I'm so glad I chose here over other places.  The pork was extra crispy and delicious, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the fruit was so fresh and juicy!!!
