The food is always fresh and good, but they are putting very little marinara sauce on their spaghetti. I always order and pay for extra, which is barely enough. They need to quit being so cheap with the amount of marinara sauce, they put on their food

fazolis handed my foodout so I had to wait for damn near a hour and a half + and only complaint is that the bread sticks were hardand, and they didn't fill each porportion of the plate up for my Ultimate Sampler . over all tho it was tasty.

Excellent hot fresh food. Requested condiments and got more than requested – with pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. Lasagna was hot and delicious. Love Fazoli's.!

Food is seasonless and they won't provide enough food. if you get any pasta dish, it will always be 90 percent pasta.

The spaghetti was starchy! The sauce was okay. I've had better from the same chain. Wasn't feeling the love.
