Rubbery unseasoned chicken, wet breading, overcooked mushy noodles. Wouldn't have surprised me if this was premade, frozen then warmed up in the microwave.

The grand sample, backed spaghetti and bread sticks were perfect. I just didn't receive The Cheesecake Factory Bakery Triple Chocolate Cheesecake. We have ordered fazolis a lot. This is the first time I was short one of the items. I'm definitely going to order from them again.

Three Meat Tortellini was very good!! The 12 Breadsticks, unfortunately, lacked that "classic" Fazoli's flavor & were quite bland.
