I ordered Soups and normally it's full and there's more contents then broth, this time it wasn't even full and there was like 2 little dumplings, 3 carrots and no chicken, and all broth

Absolutely loved the Hook & Ladder, even though I don't normally like meat subs. Will continue to order firehouse subs just for this one! Brownie was a great choice as well, very fudge-y and scrumptious ending to the meal.

Chicken dumpling soup tasted like dirty water. I would not order again. Sub was okay. Portion was just how I expected it.

the food was really good but they said sub was supposed to be 7inches long and it was about 4 inches almost. 8 bucks for a 4inch sub just seems way over priced
