Subs were made fresh and correct. We called the Firehouse location after we placed the order and requested datil pepper sauce on the side. For our two large subs, they only gave us 2 packets. It was not enough sauce, but at least the subs were good.

Barely any meats , cheese or even toppings on the sub. Fries were not golden or crispy and no sauce was included , so disappointing, especially for the price

Best subs, lots of meat and lots of flavor options. When they run bogo's the price is ridiculous for what you get. Love this restaurant

Hook & Ladder.® fire you can taste the freshness and the portion I would definitely order again and again who ever made the sub awsome job but as for the Soups I got the patato with no bacon and I have to say it was as if it was siting out because it's all broken
