the quality at this fast food restaurant has declined as the years go by. I was very disappointed with everything today. unfortunately, my family and I will order from other Frosty kings if we want their food

This place used to be one of my favorites. They had the best veggie burgers in town! Not sure if they are under new management but the veggie burger was nothing like what I remember. The bun was soggy and not toasted and the patty looked and tasted nothing like my favorite veggie burger. It was also so salty that I couldn't take more than a few bites.
The food took a long time to get here and was cold on arrival. Bad experience all around.

Cheese only came with four, there was no description, photo showed 5. Cheese was barely melted. Fries and cheese sticks came luke warm and soggy.
