The mashed potatoes were okay, however the menu states that they are served with gravy. The picture shows this as well. My potatoes were prepared with none and the staff claimed they did not come with gravy. Maybe time to change the picture!

They didn't have waffle fries which I ordered food was bland and mashed potatoes were extremely dry

I ordered two five piece chicken tenders and a large fry.
The portion size was fine, I was told I was late picking up my order by 20 minutes. I placed the order for pickup for 2:00-2:10. I arrived at 2:18.
I asked for some sauce and offered to pay for extra if I needed to. I was given two, 2oz containers of FB sauce and asked for some ranch dressing. He prepared a 1 oz ranch dressing for me. and put it in the bag.
I guess that's fine, he did what I asked. It was already an awkward encounter and I didn't want to waste my time haggling for more sauce.
On my way home I stopped at the store to pick up ranch dressing for my teenage son to dip his chicken tenders in.
I really enjoy the food here and don't come by often, so it was really disappointing to be made to feel like I inconvenienced the guy at the counter by asking for sauces and showing up 20 minutes late. Maybe he was having a bad day or something.

Very good Chicken Bucket - 8 Pieces (Small). Mashed pots are instant. Forgot my Coleslaw. Chicken was very good though.
