Lol do NOT order koobideh from this place unless you want one small takeout container of food and one small kebab.. I've eaten koobideh at many Persian restaurants and this was by far the worst in terms of the value and quantity.. but the kebab was tasty!

As a Persian I know the price is too high for koobideh. Ground beef does not cost that much even with inflation. Trying to be high-end?  but there is nothing elevated about koobideh.

Just one word: terrible. I've  never had a bad Persian food like that. Tasteless and no herbs. Very expensive as well compared to what you get. Don't waste your money
