A good solid steak cooked as requested. Just right roasted root vegetables. The fried cornbread is one of a kind.

Grilled Salmon with Stir Fried Vegetables were ￼great.  The  Three Cheese Mac and Cheesewas really good as well.  Unfortunately the ribs were really dry and the steak had significant gristle.  I've always loved the food from Hops and doubtful this is representative from what you would get, but a couple of data points.

I ordered a classic blue cheese wedge salad and there was no blue cheese and the tiny amount of dressing they included was coagulate and inedible!

We haven't dined here in awhile and were pleasantly surprised by how crisp and delicious everything was/traveled! Highly recommend the Shrimp Tacos and Fried Cornbread!
