This dish was top notch. The pasta was cooked just the right amount. The sauce was artfully blended and the seafood tasted fresh. The portion size was a bit stingy. A little more pasta would costs next to nothing, so I think they could've added a little more. Otherwise, please, don't change a thing. Wonderful experience.

 Meats taste like they slaptit straight from the freezer onto flame, VERY VERY CHEWy.. esp for lamb. You cannot even tas the flavour of meat itse without sauce that it is cooked with .
