I had to check the bag and they replaced Soya Beans (2LB) with black eyed peas without my knowledge, but they let me change easily

The Kurkure Chilli Tadka packet was crushed and did not have any manufacturing or best-before date. The packaging also had black stains, making it look old and damaged. I am not confident that it is safe to consume.
