The Kai signature ramen smelled and tasted delicious although I feel like it was missing a couple of toppings. I would never complain of too much broth but I did have to sip some out while adding my noodles so it wouldn't spill over but it was packed well and did not spill.

Really good. The Chilean sea bass that I had was perfect, definitely worth the price for an occasional special meal, and then the spring rolls were just good. They weren't exemplary, maybe slightly above average. Overall excited to try more entrees.

1.5 stars. The Spicy Seafood Soup was more than just spicy, it was almost inedible, a shame, as all you tasted was fire, and the three shrimp were over cooked, though one mussel was good. They did package well. The Jurassic Park roll was bland and boring, a strange no taste taste. Did I mention expensive for a small roll? Did not look like the photo at all, the masago fortunately saved it. Maybe bad day. Heavy handed chef. Or just picked two really bad items, but as a foodie, two for two not a good sign. Had dinner there years ago and was excellent so maybe day crew needs more training, just a thought. May try again in the future.

The Dessert combo 3 was 2 small Styrofoam containers of cold creme brulee and a mashed piece of chocolate cake, really, $20, seriously. So off the husbands goes to find something presentable.

Normally very good my last order was moderately disappointing, I always order the Grilled BBQ Short Ribs though for this specific order there seemed to be less (though it may have just been how it was plated) and the flavor while still good was not as good as usual, the Steamed Rice I ordered was fairly poor quality which had the texture of sushi rice (though did not taste off), and finally the Lobster Rangoons were very tasty and had the perfect balance of lobster and cream cheese flavor with a great sauce.
Overall while this specific order was disappointing the normal quality of the food means I will likely order again (though I'll probably skip the rice)
